卡萨潘卡 / 木制旅行箱，带原始标签 – 意大利，二十世纪上半叶

重要且 authentic 的木制旅行箱，意国产品，可追溯至二十世纪上半叶。外观极具装饰性，保留原有光泽氧化层，并增添多张旅行标签、邮戳及手写文字，讲述其往昔旅程及随时间的迁徙。

箱体由横向拼接的坚固木板构成，结构稳固，角部覆盖深色金属防护件。前部有两只优雅的镶嵌在黄铜装饰板中的把手，以及原始的中央锁。侧面装有一只原装铁质提手，进一步体现了该物件的实用性与功能性。

Antique wooden travel trunk with original luggage labels – Italy, first half of the 20th century

Important and authentic wooden travel trunk, Italian production, dating from the first half of the 20th century. A highly decorative piece with a strong historical presence, preserved with its original patina and enriched by several original travel labels, stamps and handwritten inscriptions that tell the story of its past journeys.

The trunk is made of sturdy horizontal wooden boards, with a solid construction and dark metal protective corner fittings. The front features two elegant recessed brass handles with rectangular backplates, as well as the original central lock. One side is fitted with an original iron carrying handle, further emphasizing the practical and functional nature of this object.

Especially attractive are the original paper luggage labels, partly worn by time, including a label marked “Bagaglio 19”, a “Domicilio” stamp and other handwritten indications. These details, together with the signs of use, scratches, abrasions and travel marks, make this trunk a unique and unrepeatable example.

The interior is lined with fibreboard panels and is clean, spacious and functional. The lid is fitted with hinges and a lock; the lock is present, but no key is supplied. The trunk can be used as storage, a low coffee table, a decorative piece in a living room, at the foot of a bed, in an entrance hall, study, vintage boutique or as a striking prop in industrial, rustic or collector-style interiors.

Condition is consistent with age and original use: visible signs of time, scratches, abrasions, small knocks, losses and wear to the finish are present, together with aged, worn and partly readable paper labels. These features should not be considered defects, but authentic evidence of the object’s long history and are an essential part of its aesthetic and collectible value.
