Per Lütken for Holmegaard — Two Pale Blue Glass Vases: "Duckling" & "Rondo", Denmark, Signed Description: Two hand-blown vases by Per Lütken (1916–1998) for Holmegaard, Denmark, both in the soft "akva" blue that defined much of his output for the factory through the 1950s–60s. Lütken treated glass as if it were still in motion, and this pairing shows that instinct pulled in two directions — one drawn into a fluid loop, the other compressed into a tight, compact sphere. "Duckling" — the taller of the two, with a teardrop-shaped body and a drawn neck curving back on itself in a single loop. Engraved "Holmegaard" with Lütken's monogram and reference number 220038 to the underside. Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Dimensions: H 18 cm. Weight: 270 g. "Rondo" — a compact, globular form, the mouth pulled in tight above a full rounded body. Engraved "Holmegaard" with Lütken's monogram to the underside, reference number 15927.
