Inada Gozan was a nihonga painter, born in Yonezawa City in 1880. He studied at the Tokyo School of Fine Arts, and was a student of Terasaki Kogyo. He was also a member of the former Bijutsu Kenseikai (Art Research Association). He passed away on July 15th at his residence on the grounds of Kencho-ji Temple in Kamakura, when he was 59 years old.
