With 3d preserved ink sac !! A one of its kind. I picked it up from a high grade collection I recently bought (estate sale). The collector dug and prepared the specimen himself. Name : Loligosepia aalensis (synonym Geoteuthis bollensis), Age : Lower Jurassic, Toarcian stage Findspot : Holzmaden , Germany The slab measures 25 x 14.2 cm ,while the fossil squid has a length of 19 cm. This is a rare squid , and it is much rarer to have the ink sac. All is original here , nothing has been added, nor painted . Envoi via la poste dans colis suivi et assuré.
