Up for auction is a magnificent curated lot of 3 vintage Japanese "Suiseki" (Viewing Stones), all sourced from the famous Abekawa River in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Abekawa-ishi (Abekawa stones) are highly prized in the traditional Japanese Suiseki community. They are renowned for their dark, rugged textures beautifully contrasted by striking white quartz veins, perfectly mimicking majestic snowy mountains, deep valleys, or cascading waterfalls.

These three miniature landscapes serve as perfect companions to Bonsai or as standalone objects of Zen meditation, bringing the vastness and tranquility of nature directly into your home. Each stone comes with its own custom-carved wooden base (Daiza). Notably, one of the bases is crafted from premium Tagayasan (Bombay Blackwood / Ironwood), a highly valued hardwood in traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
