This exceptional amethyst freeform has been expertly shaped and polished to transform a natural geode into a striking decorative sculpture while preserving its spectacular crystal-lined cavity.
The front reveals a dramatic opening densely covered with large, well-developed amethyst crystals displaying beautiful shades of lavender, violet and deep purple. Warm golden-orange iron oxide inclusions between the crystal points create a remarkable colour contrast, giving the specimen exceptional depth and brilliance. The polished surfaces surrounding the cavity enhance the crystals even further, making them appear to emerge naturally from the stone.
