Description
An exceptional Imperial Russian charcoal brass samovar, manufactured in 1882 by the renowned B. G. Teille & Sons (Б. Г. Тейле с сыновьями) factory in Tula, Russia, one of the most distinguished and respected samovar manufacturers of the Imperial Russian period.
This impressive samovar features a classic cylindrical body, a square pedestal base, elegant swan-form side handles with original turned wooden grips, a finely crafted brass tap, and a traditional charcoal-fired construction that reflects the highest standards of Russian metalworking of the period.
One of the most remarkable features of this samovar is the abundance of original factory marks and exhibition award medallions impressed on the body, lid, and base. These include the official B. G.
