DESCRIPTION: Producer: Moscone Wine: Barolo Bussia Vintage: 2015 Number of Bottles: 6 Size: 0.75 Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo Ageing: in large 50-hectolitre oak barrels, where it ages for at least 30 months Alc.: 14,5% Hand-harvesting of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 26°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed before winter. In the spring, the wine is transferred to large 50-hectolitre oak barrels to age for at least 30 months, followed by a period of at least 12 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
