Dial and Hands
The exceptionally clean and attractive dial is distinguished by its distinctive 6 o'clock day layout and 3 o'clock date window, both featuring sharp, clean frames. Its silver sunburst finish is remarkably well-preserved, complementing the clean applied gold-tone indices. All printed text is crisp and fully intact. The original gold-tone dauphine hands show light, age-appropriate patina, with minor surface oxidation and spotting visible under magnification, while their shape and finish remain well-defined.

Case and Crystal
The gold-plated case displays honest wear consistent with age, showing typical plating degradation and tarnishing on the lug edges and case flanks, alongside moderate scratches and handling marks. The smooth gold-tone bezel exhibits light scratches and minor plating wear matching the rest of the case. Turning the watch over, the caseback engravings and classic Seiko dolphin motif remain clearly legible. A recessed, unsigned crown is positioned at 4 o'clock and shows some plating wear. The domed acrylic crystal is clear, with no major scratches, cracks, or crazing visible.

Movement
Inside is the gold-colored automatic Seiko caliber 6206B, a 26-jewel movement. The plates and rotor show minor surface marks and light tarnishing, with no severe corrosion or damage visible. The caliber, jewel count, and origin are clearly engraved on the movement. +50+55s/day. Running in operational condition. Maintains the authentic mechanical character of the watch.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring thick white and brown contrast stitching. The strap appears unworn or very lightly used, offering a handsome contrast to the gold-plated case.

Condition
Good vintage condition. The exceptionally clean dial and clear crystal contrast with the honest wear on the gold-plated case, which shows moderate scratches, handling marks, and plating wear along the edges and flanks. The hands display light age-appropriate oxidation, while the caseback dolphin motif remains distinct.
