A superb Zsolnay green lustre glazed and naturalistically modeled figure of a male lion, measuring circa 14cm in height and weighing 289g, marked to the underside with contemporary Zsolnay mark. Purchased by the previous owner in 1991 at the official Zsolnay shop in Budapest and kept in a display cabinet ever since, never used. Condition: Excellent, no damages or repairs. Minor wear.
