This is an extremely rare Artist Proof (AP edition) silkscreen print by renowned Japanese printmaker Honma Takeo (1929–2006), titled "Lake Shikotsu in Snow". AP editions are artist proofs, produced in very limited numbers, making them highly sought-after by collectors.
