Here is a large granite matrix piece covered in lustrous smoky quartz crystals including a gwindel and a fande quartz. It's rare to see these combined on the same specimen. The gwindel itself is 4 cm while the faden quartz is 5.7 cm.
The granite plate does also show smoky quartz crystals on the other side but these were damaged by erosion.
