Translation:
"From the Wood of the Most Holy Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ."

The relic is accompanied by its original episcopal authentique, issued by Bishop Tarcisius Vincenzo Benedetti, Bishop of Lodi (Italy), and dated 25 March 1959.

The reliquary remains in its original state with the original red silk thread and episcopal wax seal intact, preserving the integrity of the ecclesiastical authentication.

"We certify and attest by these present letters that we have recognized as authentic the sacred relic described below:

A fragment of the Wood of the Most Holy Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

We have enclosed this sacred relic in a round metal theca, carefully fastened with red silk thread and sealed with our episcopal seal.

We grant permission for this relic to be exposed for the public veneration of the faithful in churches, public oratories, chapels, and private oratories.

In testimony thereof, we have ordered these letters of authentication to be issued, signed by our hand, and authenticated with the seal of our office.

Given at Lodi, 25 March 1959.
