A sterling silver (.925) Carr's of Sheffield Photo/Picture Frame. In good vintage order, its silver mount atop a velvet backing. Fetching ornate scalloped border, with floral scroll work. Hallmarked the lower right hand corner. It blue velvet covered backboard and support are in working order with the sturdy tensioned support working as it should be. Fading to the blue velvet backing. Possible sun damage. It glass, free from damage. Window aperture measuring 9.5 cm's x 7 cm's. Some small separation between the upper left and right hand corners. It does not detract from the piece, merely a cosmetic issue.
