Three ornamental natural rose quartz grape clusters – Italy, Mid-20th century

Elegant set consisting of three handcrafted ornamental grape clusters made from polished natural rose quartz gemstones mounted on metal stems with aged brass leaves. These decorative pieces are highly appreciated examples of Italian craftsmanship and make refined interior accents.

Each grape is individually shaped from polished natural stone, displaying the characteristic soft shades ranging from milky white to delicate pink typical of genuine rose quartz. Because they were handmade, each cluster has its own unique appearance and arrangement of the stones.

Decorative gemstone grapes became especially popular in Italian homes during the 1950s–1970s, where they adorned sideboards, display cabinets, coffee tables, bookcases and bar furniture. Today they remain collectible decorative objects appreciated for their timeless elegance.

The metal stems and brass leaves display an attractive natural patina acquired over decades, enhancing their vintage character. The stones remain in good overall condition with minor age-related wear consistent with age and careful use.
