German mens wirstwatch from Junghans. Watch very good keeping time. Date of last service unknown. Hand winding movement (cal. J84/S) with 17 jewels in very good condtion. The code "E7" is visible on the movement plate beneath the balance wheel. Junghans used a system in which the letter indicated the month and the digit the year; E = May, and in this case, 7 = 1957. Gold plated case (20 mikron) in very good condition. Case was never renovated. Visible signs of rubbing/wear. The watch has very good condition dial, with gold hands and black indexes. Visible dust on the dial or crystal. Size of watch is 35 mm without the crown. Lug to lug is 37 mm. Original steel caseback in very good condition. The watch has very good condition black leather strap (18 mm) with gold buckle.
