This bronze vase was handcrafted by Shugoro Hasuda, a master metalworker from the Showa period of Japan, using the traditional lost-wax casting method. The vase is approximately 21cm tall, with a mouth diameter of about 3.8cm and a belly diameter of about 15cm. The body is a vintage peacock green bronze tone, with fine string patterns encircling the outer wall, giving it a rich and warm texture, exuding the charm of age. The base is engraved with a donation mark from Waseda University, and the neck retains the original Ginza WAKO label. It comes with its original paulownia wood storage box.
