花瓶 - 黄铜色, 深蓝色和金色的大理石纹理,高度 18.5 cm - 日本 (没有保留价)

Notice: Images displaying this artwork inside a room setting are virtually staged to show interior context. The artwork in the render is unedited. Please refer to the written dimensions and direct standalone photos for the definitive size, color, and physical condition of the piece. This is a fine example of Takaoka dōki (高岡銅器), the celebrated bronze and metal casting tradition of Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture, a craft with roots stretching back over 400 years to the early Edo period, when the local feudal lord invited casters from Kawachi Province to establish a foundry industry. Today Takaoka produces the majority of Japan's cast metalware, and pieces bearing this designation are prized for their meticulous craftsmanship and refined patination techniques. The vase presents a compact, elegantly simple silhouette, with a subtle straight-line accent carved around the neck that lends a modern, tailored touch to an otherwise classic form. The true beauty of the piece lies in its surface treatment: a deep marbled patina shifting between indigo blue and near-black tones, over which gold accents have been applied. Depending on the viewing angle and the play of light, the surface shimmers between cool blue and warm gold, giving the vase a living, ever-changing quality that is a hallmark of high-level Takaoka patination work (chakushoku). Whether used to hold a simple floral arrangement or displayed on its own as a decorative object, the vase's deep coloration lends any interior a quiet, contemplative beauty. The underside bears an engraved company name, a trace of its former life as a commemorative gift, adding a layer of history to the piece. Size Height: 8.5 cm Width (diameter): 12 cm Weight: 815 g Condition The vase is in very good condition overall, near-unused but having been in long-term storage; as a result there are a few minor scuffs not fully visible in photographs. The underside carries an engraved inscription from its original use as a commemorative gift. NOTICE: The lot will be carefully packaged and sent by DHL or Japan Post. It takes about 1-2 weeks to receive normally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Sometimes Customes or delivery company in your country contact you for Customs clearance via phone or email. Please make sure that you could answer the phone. If you don't, the parcel will return to me and it cost more double shipping fee for reshipping. I appreciate your cooperation.
