Reference numbers 842145 and 843145 on the case back
Both numbers being stamped on the case back is original and correct. This is a typical feature of Universal Genève slim dress watches from around the 1970s that use the in-house Caliber 1-42 / 2-42 (the 84xxxx series).
On these models, Universal Genève commonly stamped two related references:

842145 — the complete watch reference
843145 — the case reference (the number used by the case maker)

Cases were produced separately by specialist case manufacturers and then assembled by Universal Genève, which is why both numbers appear together. The same pairing is seen on related models such as 842139 / 843139.
Having both numbers is therefore period-correct and not a sign of a mismatched or franken watch.
