容器 - 瓷 - 1980-1990 - 青色九谷葫芦形鸟与桃形德利一对(德利)

Title: Ao‑Kutani Gourd Shaped Bird & Peach Tokkuri Pair (德利) Kiln: Kutani‑ware (九谷焼), made by Toshodo (陶正堂) Technique: Ao‑Kutani polychrome overglaze enamel decoration Markings: Square green‑glazed「福」 seal on the base of each vessel Dimensions: approx. H 19.5 cm (7.7 in) × max. Dia. 9.5 cm (3.7 in) Total weight (2 pcs): 674 g Material: Porcelain body Tomobako (共箱) dimensions: H 23 cm (9.1 in) × W 23 cm (9.1 in) × D 12 cm (4.7 in) Period: Late Shōwa era, circa 1980‑1990 This pair of hyotan‑form tokkuri (德利) was crafted by Toshodo (陶正堂). Originally traditional Japanese sake flasks, they are also suitable for interior display as flower vases. Fashioned into a textured gourd melon‑fluted shape, the vessels feature exquisite Ao‑Kutani overglaze polychrome decoration, vividly painted with paired birds and ripe peach blossom and fruit motifs. The necks are finished with rich emerald green glaze. The elegant, flowing contours embody the subtle classical charm of Japanese painted porcelain. Each piece bears a square green‑glazed 「福」 seal mark on the base. This set comes complete with its original paulownia wood tomobako (共箱) and a matching yellow storage fukusa (袱布). The outer surface of the tomobako (共箱) bears handwritten ink calligraphy: 「瓢徳利一対」and the maker’s signature 「陶正堂造」. Both vessels are fully preserved together with their original accessories. Consistent with its production period, the glaze presents subtle natural oxidation traces from long‑term storage. No hairline cracks, no chips, no repairs. The original paulownia wood box shows storage abrasion and dust patina. Overall condition is good.
