Vintage BES Stahltöne button accordion with a traditional black wooden body, metal corner fittings, ivory-coloured buttons and classic bellows construction. The front is marked “Extrastarke Sonorbässe”, adding to the character and period appearance of the instrument.

The accordion has been given a basic functional test. It produces sound and tunes can be played, while the bellows expand and contract and appear to hold air reasonably well. However, due to its age, the instrument should be professionally inspected, serviced and tuned before regular musical use.
