The damage must be reported to your local post office within 7 days of delivery, and promptly to us and Catawiki support. 【Product details】 A decorative pair of Japanese Buddhist altar lotus flower arrangements, traditionally displayed as offerings on a Buddhist altar. This is a smaller-sized pair, suitable for a more compact altar or display. Each arrangement is composed of brass lotus flowers, buds and leaves with finely textured and engraved surfaces. The brass retains an attractive natural warm golden colour. The different stages of the lotus, from closed buds to fully opened flowers with visible seed pods, create a well-balanced symmetrical composition. The lotus arrangements are removable from the dark-finished brass / copper-alloy vases. Each vase has a classic Buddhist altar form, accompanied by a removable silver-coloured metal collar decorated with a flowing wave-like pattern. The pair is in good vintage condition. There is some age-related slight rust, minor wear, and areas of light discolouration, particularly around the removable metal collars. The brass lotus flowers remain bright and attractive overall.
