Striking statement bracelet crafted in 925 sterling silver, set with an impressive combination of vivid blue gemstones and weighing approximately 30 grams.
The bracelet features:
* 8 large oval blue chalcedony cabochons
* 16 round faceted blue topaz stones
* 24 gemstones in total
* Solid 925 sterling silver construction
* Clearly visible 925 hallmark
* Articulated multi-link design for comfortable movement on the wrist
* Decorative toggle-style closure
* Total weight: approximately 30 g
The large oval cabochons display an intense cobalt to azure-blue colour with the soft, waxy lustre characteristic of chalcedony, while the smaller faceted stones provide strong brilliance and contrast with their bright aqua-blue tones.
Each gemstone is individually bezel-set in silver, creating a richly detailed composition with substantial visual presence. The articulated construction allows the bracelet to sit naturally around the wrist while preserving the dramatic alternating arrangement of large cabochons and faceted accent stones.
The reverse reveals the traditional open-backed construction of the settings as well as the clearly stamped 925 silver mark.
The design and workmanship are consistent with the tradition of Indian gemstone jewellery, most likely Jaipur/Rajasthan, an important centre for hand-set sterling-silver jewellery using coloured gemstones.
The bracelet shows normal signs of previous use, including light surface wear and minor marks to the silver and stones, all visible in the photographs and consistent with its age and handmade character.
Gemstone note: identification of the blue chalcedony and blue topaz is based on visual characteristics and comparison with similar jewellery. The stones have not been laboratory tested, therefore no guarantee regarding treatment or exact gemstone origin is provided.
