Like a shard of vivid green glass sculpted by geological force, this natural Tsavorite rises in a slender semi triangular blade form, narrowing progressively towards an expressive upper point. Its silhouette is unusually elegant for grossular garnet, combining an elongated profile with irregular natural relief that gives the crystal a striking sculptural presence from every angle.

The colour is exceptionally intense. A vivid vanadium related green dominates the specimen, ranging from bright spring green through more concentrated emerald green areas according to crystal thickness and illumination. Along the upper half, where the crystal becomes especially transparent, the colour appears almost luminous, with light travelling freely through the body and activating brilliant green reflections.

Transparency is one of the strongest qualities of this piece. The upper section in particular reveals excellent light transmission, creating a dramatic contrast between the clean transparent areas and the more textured lower portion. Internal growth structures, natural reflective planes and subtle crystalline features become visible beneath illumination, producing considerable depth without reducing the strength of the colour.

Its morphology is equally distinctive.
