Belgian bidders Diamonds require a license. If you do not have a license, the diamond will arrive at the official diamond office in Antwerp and from there it will be released. Chinese bidders ,loose diamonds can only be shipped to Hong Kong. Please note,your country of residence may impose customs and import duties.
