**Description**

Up for auction is a vintage Sony Handycam DCR-TRV18 NTSC digital camcorder.

This classic camcorder uses the popular MiniDV format and is equipped with high-quality Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar optics, featuring a 10x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom.

**Condition & Functionality**

**Technical condition:**
The camcorder is fully functional and has been tested. It records and plays back MiniDV tapes correctly. Zooming, tape loading and other mechanical functions operate smoothly.

**Cosmetic condition:**
Excellent vintage condition with only minimal signs of use. The camcorder has been well preserved over the years.

**Battery:**
Due to the age of the device, the included rechargeable battery no longer holds a full charge. It is sufficient for testing and short-term use, but for longer filming sessions, a replacement battery is recommended.

The camcorder works perfectly when connected directly to the included Sony AC power adapter.
