The capsules also show significant patina and the normal signs associated with long-term ageing. The name Château La Providence, the Pomerol appellation and the 1970 vintage nevertheless remain identifiable on the bottles. An interesting lot for collectors and enthusiasts of mature Bordeaux and old Pomerol, offering the opportunity to experience a historic vintage now at a particularly advanced stage of maturity.
