The ÉQUILIBRE cuvée marks its third edition here, the result of a renewed dialogue between the craftsmanship of the Neisson distillery and the distinctive world of Martinican artist Carole Aurore. Presented in a blue bottle that serves as a veritable painted artwork, this edition embodies a meeting of material and expression. Through her asemic writing, Carole Aurore blends text and image, visually extending the concept of balance that lies at the heart of this cuvée. Conceived as an exercise in precision, this creation—bottled at 52.5% ABV—relies on a blend rigorously orchestrated by the distillery’s cellar master: a component aged in American oak Oloroso sherry casks (started on October 24, 2024) and another aged in French oak casks previously used for Cognac (an initial 12-month period in Allary casks, begun on July 1, 2024).
