The dial is signed SEIKO 5 (shield emblem) / AUTOMATIC. Stainless steel case with a polished bezel notched at 12 and 6 o'clock, brushed sides, the signature recessed crown at 4 o'clock and an exhibition case back showing the Seiko 7S26A movement. On its original three-row Seiko bracelet with a SEIKO-signed clasp. The main points to note: brown to yellowish dirt built up around the rim of the case back glass, yellowish dirt at the joint between the bezel and crystal around 6–7 o'clock and near 2 o'clock, and numerous fine scratches and rubbing across the clasp surface. The bracelet shows dark dirt and dulling between the links near the lugs, with one small orange spot on a link (dirt or light rust). The case shows fine scratches on the sides and lugs with a whitish rubbed area on one lug top; no notable dents. The crystal shows no notable scratches. The dial and hands are clean with no staining or fading; the luminous dots show light ageing. A few tiny dust particles are visible inside the exhibition case back.
