Monitor on DHL or Japan Post websites. ・No shipping on weekends. ・Once it leaves Japan Post, it is handled by your domestic courier. [EU Customs Notice (effective 1 July 2026)] ・Due to a new EU customs regulation, a flat €3 customs fee now applies to orders under €150 shipped from outside the EU to EU buyers. ・VAT is already collected by Catawiki at checkout. However, as a private seller, we do not have access to an IOSS number to include on the customs declaration for this shipment. ・As a result, your local customs office or courier may charge import VAT again upon delivery, in addition to the €3 fee and any handling charges. ・This is a limitation of the marketplace's system for private sellers, not an attempt to avoid tax or undervalue the item. ・If you are charged VAT twice, please pay the courier to release your parcel, then contact Catawiki customer service with your delivery invoice and original Catawiki order confirmation to request a refund of the duplicate VAT. As the VAT was collected by Catawiki (not by us), Catawiki is best placed to resolve this. ・We appreciate your understanding and cooperation if you are contacted by customs or the courier regarding these charges.
