A beautiful vintage Omega Ladymatic ladies’ wristwatch, reference 2942-3, powered by the automatic Omega calibre 455 movement with 17 jewels.
The watch features its original silver dial, preserved in very good vintage condition. The applied gold-tone hour markers, matching hands and elegant “Ladymatic” script give the watch a refined and unmistakably mid-century Omega character.
The stainless-steel case presents exceptionally well. It shows only very light signs of use, which are barely noticeable in normal wear, and overall the watch has a very clean and attractive vintage appearance.
The case back features the classic Seamaster medallion, while the movement is clearly signed Omega Watch Co. Swiss and marked calibre 455.
The movement has been professionally serviced by a watchmaker and is currently running very well.
The watch is fitted with a brown leather strap, which complements the warm tone of the dial and hands beautifully.
The set also includes a beautiful original red Omega presentation box, making this example especially attractive for collectors or as a gift.
