Cf. Roma Numismatic, The Anders Collection Part II, lot 550 (https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=11021486) sold for 260 GBP,, cf CNG E-327, 123 (https://cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=259172) Sold for $750
A rare and highly desirable issue of Salapia, with only two specimens known. This unpublished variety offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a scarce and apparently unrecorded type. The coin is in VF condition, centrally struck, and confidently attributed. Its rarity is underscored by the strong auction results achieved by comparable examples, including $750 at CNG E-327, lot 123, and £260 for the Anders Collection specimen at Roma Numismatics. An excellent opportunity to acquire a rare and distinctive piece of Greek South Italian coinage.
