The 9 folding leaves display a complex geometric pierced pattern that creates a stunning visual effect when light filters through.\n\nCondition report:\nThe item has recently undergone a professional conservative cleaning and is ready to be displayed. The process successfully removed soot and accumulated dirt while carefully preserving the beautiful original dark patina in the recesses, which guarantees its age and authenticity. The opening and closing mechanism is fully functional and smooth. The leaves unhook easily when moved, which is a classic minor age-related wear detail that does not affect its stability or aesthetic beauty once placed.
