An unusual Art Deco bridge trump indicator with an integral green enamelled tray, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1930–1940. The triangular silver-coloured metal body incorporates a recessed tray finished in vivid apple-green enamel. Mounted at the rear is a circular rotating indicator displaying the four playing-card suits and a 'No Trumps' option, designed to indicate the trump suit during a game of bridge. An attractive example of period bridge memorabilia, combining decorative Art Deco styling with practical functionality. The metal surfaces show age-related wear, tarnishing and minor scratches. Some of the playing-card symbols have been redrawn by hand, as visible in the photographs. Please examine the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
