The Montblanc Quickpen 1320 is a distinctive stainless-steel writing instrument produced from around 1979 to 1986, designed as a versatile alternative to Montblanc’s more conventional rollerball pens. Its slim cylindrical body and brushed metal finish give it a clean, modern appearance typical of late-1970s and early-1980s industrial design. A particularly interesting feature of the Quickpen concept is its compatibility with different writing inserts: Montblanc originally supplied the model with rollerball, fineliner and felt-tip refills, allowing the same pen body to be used with different writing systems. The combination of its minimalist steel construction, unusual multi-refill concept and relatively short production period makes the Quickpen 1320 an interesting and easily recognizable part of Montblanc’s late-20th-century writing instrument range. The pen is fitted with a new refill (Lamy) and has been carefully cleaned. It is in very good, pre-owned condition. Imperfections: light scratches and signs of use, plating issue on top jewel.
