Import duties, taxes (VAT), and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. *Important – customs clearance & storage fees: After shipment, FedEx or DHL may contact you regarding customs clearance. Please respond to any request from the carrier or customs within 3 days. Once a package arrives at the customs facility, the first approximately 3 days are free of charge; after that, the carrier charges storage fees for every additional day. DHL's storage fee is approximately €7.00 per kg per day with a 2 kg minimum (about €14 per day), depending on the destination country, and these fees can quickly exceed the value of the item itself. Any storage fees incurred during customs clearance are also the buyer's responsibility.
