PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards of our Tregnago estate, in the upper Val d'Illasi, Mezzane di Sopra and the Tregnago hill, at an altitude between 350-560 meters above sea level.
VINES: Corvina 70% Corvinone 20% Rondinella 10%
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16% vol.
AGING: takes place in barriques and tonneaux and lasts about 24 months. After careful
evaluation, a blend is then carried out in steel. Here the wine stays for
about 6 months. Bottle aging is at least 12 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Intense ruby red. Aromas of ripe fruit, cherries in alcohol,
intense spicy notes. On the palate it is warm and powerful, with refined and round tannins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16° - 18°C
