A lovely Large antique Chinese porcelain rare Imperial quality vase with a central decoration of the imperial 9 dragons, symbolizing the full power of the emperor, on an imperial yellow background. Each of the 9 dragons have a fierce facial expression and are of insane quality. They are in pairs chasing flaming pearls amidst fire clouds. On One side a dragon in iron red and gold which caught the pearl (holding it in his claw) surrounded by 4 dragons and smaller flaming pearls. In the border a classical decoration of Bats, Characters and many flowers in Ruyi shaped patterns. Handcrafted in ancient China during the late 19th or early 20th century. On the bottom a high rised foot with the six character mark of the Qianlong Emperor. On the sides two ears in the shape of mythological beasts holding speckled rings. Extremely high quality! Height: 40,0 centimeter Condition: The object is in overall good condition, the neck with a chip and two hairlines, otherwise no damages and no restorations except for some minimal wear.
