Harmonious assembly of Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Single Grain Scotch Whisky where percentages are not specified, aged from 12 to over 49 years in special sherry barrels and oak barrels, produced exclusively by the oldest artisanal distilleries in Scotland, which still use the same processes used a hundred years ago and still abandoned because they are too expensive: - alcohol reduction carried out in 12 months, as was usually used in the 19th century. The product does not suffer the shock of a violent addition of water in a single stroke before bottling, but every 2/3 months the batches are reassembled and added a small percentage of water so that it can be safely absorbed; - does not undergo artificial colouring; it is not subjected to cold filtration, which can remove its original components and natural flavourings. The spirits that make up the blend come from the private stocks of the famous Silvano Samaroli, a legendary Italian breeder and bottler. This 2016 selection was his last personal selection before his departure. For each mixture, the total quantity and the progressive number of each bottle produced are declared, a quantity that is necessarily very limited due to its production costs and the limited availability of raw materials. We're talking about less than 1,300 bottles. The No'Age is a very suggestive whisky with its unique bottle that faithfully reproduces a 19th century container of whisky, preserved in a single case.
