Francesc Gasch Studio's latest Traveller Lamp combines 2 hand formed steel components a fluid and dynamic manner. Meticulously executed, the two components effortlessly embrace and connect to each other seamlessly. llluminated using LED technology the warmth of the light can be adapted to the requirements of the space. Traveller lamp takes a line for a walk creating a simple gesture inspired by the tangency between a curve and a surface in a seamless and effortless way. Maintaining Francesc Gasch studio's reputation for detail both components are connected in an entirely invisible way resulting in a table lamp that is dynamic and balanced drawing attention to the simplicity of the gesture and the effectiveness of the light it produces. Traveller Table Lamp is practica! and discreet with a quiet confidence that makes it equally relevant in the domestic as well as corporate space. Whether illuminated or not the lamp attracts conversation and curiosity with a form that is well portioned and pleasing. Once illuminated Traveller lamp creates an intimate light that adds warmth to all kinds of spaces, drawing even further attention to its curvature. The LED lighting system allows the user to adjust the warmth and intensity of the light to suit the required mood or function offering a range of possibilities from an exquisite luminosity to a gentle glow. As well as this, the light can be entirely adjusted remotely by a touch of your phone (App Casambi). The components of the lamp have been carefully crafted by a metalsmith in Barcelona. Each part has been painstakingly rolled and rerolled until the desired curvature has been achieved. Traveller lamp is being produced in limited quantities and is available in 3 colours, coral, steel blue and white. The one selled in this auction is coral.
