卖家的描述
WAAN SPACE CUSHION (Dark Red, 50x50)
Fibre composition: 100% wool.
Filling: 100% polystyrene
Size: 50x50 cm
This cushion is the Dark red model from the Waan collection, a design with a matching rug and a pouf with which you can configure a relaxed and casual environment at ground level. Although it can also be used completely on its own, it is the ideal accessory to complete an environment designed with the rest of the elements of the series. It is made with black and white wool.
Behind its apparent simplicity, the Waan collection masks an innovative textile technique born from an experimental process, the result of brilliant research work by Dutch designer Dienke Dekker. Although the fabrics convey the illusion of a knotted surface, they are actually woven on a manual loom.
The manufacturing process uses thick bicolor yarns, obtained by spiraling two wool threads in contrasting tones. Surprisingly, the use of these voluminous yarns on a loom results in a fabric that looks like a succession of knots. The collection also includes a series of rugs and poufs, all accented with fringed edges.
