With this decal, Siemens is referring to a very specific spare parts concept exclusively for the Vectron. The occasion was InnoTrans 2014, where this new service spare parts product was presented for the first time. This decal was therefore created for the trade fair. The locomotive still runs with this decal today.
This Vectron only runs in Germany.
