Edition No.2 is a collaboration between master blender Bob Delgarno and legendary Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. A combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads, this is a deliciously floral and fruity whisky with notes of tropical fruit, black pepper, liquorice and brandy snaps. Nose Mocha, brown sugar, a spark of ginger and some oak-y warmth. Palate Notes of Sherried raisins and dried citrus peels develop, a hint of vegetal oak. Still a little chocolate-y. Finish Spiced fruit cake and lemon peels. GLS courier
