A fine round porcelain basket, circa 1930s, measuring 19,8cm in diameter and weighing 293g, with basket woven reticulated walls, the floor decorated in polychrome enamels to depict a long garland of roses within a wide border with sculpted, raised flowers in high relief. Marked to the underside with Von Schierholz Handmalerei mark, used from circa 1930 - 1945. Condition: Overall very good, possible minimal chips to a few flower petals, no further significant damages or repairs. Minor wear commensurate with age.
