Since 2011, Jack Daniel's has been building a Christmas tree from filled barrels at the distillery in Lynchburg for the December holidays. About 400 pieces are used to decorate a tree eight meters high. Master Distiller Jeff Arnett chooses from these barrels to bottle as Holiday Select. For this 2014 edition, he chose the barrels with the most robust and complex character. Moreover, he decided not to make a mount, but to bottle the selected barrels as a single cask.
