Limited Edition This cuvée represents a unique and singular production process that has been perpetuated since 1930. In fact, the Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less liqueur de liqueur which results in a lighter and more airy foam. Its foam is unctuous, creamy and persistent. The Brigitte Bardot cuvée has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation.
