The wine "Aton" Pinot Noir Riserva Alto Adige DOC Elena Walch comes from a meticulous selection of grapes from clayey and calcareous soils and with marly residues, located between 400 and 600 meters above sea level arranged on both sides of the valley. The vines are 15 to 60 years old and come from low-yind French clones. The choice of the best quality parcels in the vineyards and an optimal combination of exposure and altitude, allow a higher phenolic maturation of the grapes without excessive sugar content and, consequently, a greater natural acidity that made "Aton" Elena Walch extraordinary for structure, elegance, freshness. Aton Elena Walch is a pure Pinot Noir produced with a maniacal care, to seek the highest possible quality level.
