Red wine made from Alicante Bouschet (60%) and Syrah (40%) grape varieties, fermented in a press with mechanical treading, aged for 26 months in extra-fine Allier French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle. It should be opened some time before drinking. The top of the range of the Winery is a wine for special occasions.
