Very beautiful funnel-shaped vase with golden base by Rosenthal. The vase was hand-painted by Friedrich von Stockmeyer. He worked for Rosenthal from 1935 to 1940. His many travels to Asia influenced his style, which is clearly evident in this vase. Light, delicate grasses adorn the vase. The grasses are painted in gold. The horizontal lines are in a beautiful light green shade, more of a pastel color. The green is slightly lighter in reality than in the pictures.The color tone is most clearly visible in the last picture. The green also fades towards the top, which further enhances the vase.
