Bushmills Steamship Collection Sherry Cask Reserve is matured entirely in former Oloroso sherry casks after a triple distillation, the hallmark of Irish whiskey. This Sherry Cask Whiskey is the first edition of Bushmills' Steamship Collection and was released to mark the 125th anniversary of the SS Bushmills, the distillery's own steamship that used to transport whiskey to all corners of the world. Steamship Collection No.1 Sherry Cask Reserve The nose combines notes of spices, dark chocolate and fruit. The taste is reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and subtle hints of honey. This leads to a long, sweet finish in which sherry and honey notes stand out. Steamship Collection No.3 Bourbon Cask Reserve The Bourbon Cask Reserve contains whiskeys that matured in freshly burned first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky.
